If you've used menopur or had an IUI (w or wo menopur), I really need advice

If there were an easy way to reach my RE's nurse on a Saturday, I would do it, but here I am.

Though this was my second IUI, it's my first cycle using menopur. I took 75 units (iu? mg?) on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Tuesday-Thursday (so, the days following the menopur injections), I was very nauseous, very bloated in my abdomen, and on Tuesday I had a nasty headache. My acupuncturist was able to deal with the headache and lessen the nausea a bit.  Two follies in the Thursday scan, triggered then, and IUI yesterday. Yesterday, the bloating was gone.

Last night during a concert I was singing in, I noticed some wicked pain in my left side, near where my left ovary is.   Then all night I felt pain on both sides.  Then all day today, off and on, I've had seriously twinges that have at times been painful enough to take my breath away, on both sides. And I'm nauseous and really bloated again. To the point I have napped already for an hour and am about to go back and take another one, hoping DS takes a long one today.

Is it possible that the menopur s/e could have re-started, lasting this long?  I'm about to lose my mind.  Is there anything else it could be related to the IUI?  I didn't have this issue after my last IUI, not a bit, and the only difference is menopur, but it seems odd I'd have Sx 3 days after my last dose.

Has anyone had this happen? post-IUI with any drugs or post menopur at an IUI dose? (I assume IVF menopur users take a higher dose).

We did three medicated iuis.  I didn't use Medipor.  We used clomid, gonal f and ovidrel.  I had some seious ovulation cramping with my iuis.  I had between 4-6 mature follicles and I assume the hyper-ovulation intensified normal ovulation cramping and bloating.  

Is there an on-call nurse you can call?  Hope you feel better.
