just found i'm pregnant with my 3rd !!! YIKESSS 17 months apart

I have 2 boys currently a 9 month old and 2.5 yrs old ( they will be 1 and 3 in sept) I found out today i'm pregnant ( not planned) in Febuary. My youngest will be 17 months apart from each other- already stresses!!! Is there anyone with really close age of children and people that have 3 kids-- how is it??? What type car do have- i think we need a bigger car now!!

We have two kids 14 months apart and are working on #3 (which if we get pregnant now will ALSO be 14 months from the youngest).

We had three in under two and a half years. It is stressful, but so fun. Especially now!. We use a minivan, and I can not see us in any other vehicle.

Congrats!!  We are also expecting #3  There will be 19 months b/w the last 2.  

We are struggling with the vehicle decision too.  We have an Acura MDX, it has 3 rows of seats, so it is workable... but it isn't easy to access the 3rd row with carseats in the 2nd, so we are probably go for something else with easier accessibility to the 3rd row.  There aren't too many choices.  We might go with a Honda Odyssey, minivans are practical-- but SO ugly and it is hard to swallow that pill.  So my guess is we are going to go with a Buick Enclave (more of a SUV that drives like a car with captain seats in the middle row to allow access to the 3rd row).

Congratulations! We are definitely dealing with the same car dilemma.  Our civic won't cut it anymore...looking at the oddysey probably.  19 months between #1 amd #2 and 15 months between #2 and #3. Good luck!

i'm in the same boat! #3 was a complete surprise. My girls are 19mo apart and #2 and #3 will be 15mo apart. I'm also on a hunt for a bigger car!!

My first two are 20mths apart and the next two will be 18mths apart. It is hard, but we love it. I drive a dodge grand caravan and love it.

We had to get a bigger car to fit all three carseats.

It's crazy, that's for sure, but I don't know that it's any different than going to two, which was hard for me.  Not a lot of sleep or downtime, but that's to be expected.  I like having three, it's fun!  And the girls adore their brother.  GL!

I had 3 boys in 3 years and a drive a Town n Country. You really need the minivan with 3 kids in car seats.

#1 and #2 are 18 months apart and #2 and #3 are 20 months apart, so we are just shy of being 2 under 3.  It's a challenge some days, but we;re totally hanging in there.  I found the adjustment from 1-2 harder than from 2-3.  We have a Chevy Trailblazer (not the one with the 3rd row).  #1 is FF in the middle spot.  #2 is RF behind the driver, and #3 is RF behind the passenger.  We had to get #1 a new, narrower car seat (the Sunshine Kids Radian) to make all three seats fit, but it was cheaper than getting a new car!  Congrats and good luck!
