We're having stuffed zucchini that we altered to be vegan, spring peas and leftover carrot soup.  The house smells so good!

We had a cheesy baked pasta with bacon and kale. We got the kale in our CSA and it came out really tasty! And I'm saving that zucchini recipe for later!

We are eating at a cafe that we have in our community(sp?).

Your stuff Zucchini sounds good.

It was very good, I even made extra and they disappeared!  We had a big salad too

This looks delish.  Curious, what did you replace the sour cream with?  or did you just avoid it?

Annies lemon and chive dressing. Dairy, gluten and egg free! I'm on a detox and it's the only store bought one my nutritionist approved!
