Hey there,

 Thanks for thinking about us...  We are doing a bit better today, so that is good.  Yesterday was a very dark day for me.

Anyways, DH did take DD and DS2 to the pedi yesterday to check their ears.  DS2 now has an ear infection, just like his sister.    

He also did talk about a lot of the issues/questions we had about DD.  He seems to think that there is a good possibility that she does not have ds or she has a mild case (??).  He said that her markers are very inconsistent and she doesn't have the typical ones that you would look for.  Also, there are other reasons for her to have some of the markers that she does have like running in the family, twin, etc.  However, to me it just seems like there would need to be a lot of coincidences for her not to have it.  I don't know what to think.  I don't want to get my hopes up, but I feel it happening.  I am just worried that we will get the diagnosis in a few weeks and then I will be in a bad place again.  It is hard, I don't know what to feel...

Regardless, I do know that we will be able to get her good care.  We are lucky to live by a couple of great places for ds and we will be able to help her.

He also said that when she was born she was examined by him, another pediatrician and a neonatal cardiologist and none of them had any concerns at that time.  Also, in the past month he has pulled all of my prenatal records to examine and he thinks that it would be very odd for her to have it and not have it show up in my prenatal tests...  Who knows?

I just pray that we are wrong.  I have never wanted to be wrong about something so badly...

Thank you again.  It really means a lot that people are thinking and praying for DD and us.  We will know something in about 3 weeks.  DD just got her blood draw this morning.
