  • Day 1 is terrible, but by day 4 or 5 you will find it soooo much easier. I'm on day 14 and really enjoying it (of course taking it a little easier b/c of pregnancy) Good luck!

  • Do you ladies recommend the 30 day shred?  I've heard some good things about it and I'm looking for something to do now that my free time has been consumed with cuddles, cooing, and making silly faces.  I need quick and effective.  (By effective obviously I mean loosing this baby weight but more importantly feeling human again).

  • I'm on day 5 now and I have to say its a powerful 20mins so I say do it! its better than doing nothing! I've read on here that woman have lost 8-9lbs in a month doing this!
  • I'm on Day 7 and I love it!  I'm already down three lbs (I also use WW).  I took measurements too and can't wait to see how many inches I've lost too.  I already feel leaner!
