We are going to some friends' house for dinner. My friend doesn't like kids so we'll see how this goes. Hopefully D is on his best behavior. He's a good baby though.

We're having some people over tomorrow too. Hopefully it's not too stressful for either of us, Steph.

Hope for both of us. Mh said he will cook and clean up, ha!   I came downstairs this morning after little sleep and crap from before he went to bed was all over and hes snoring away.  I will end up doing most of it, worrying about my dd and nursing the baby, good times. Hey, I can have some fun bevvies while doing it though

Mh is going to grill also but all the stuff with it, clean up, etc.  He has no clue...LOL.

i finally got an ok night's sleep last night...only because i gave in for the first time and just brought DD in bed with us  she settled down as soon as i laid her down with us. She was only in our bed for a total of like 3 hours (DH kept moving her to her crib once she was relaxed/sleeping.)

today is my mom's last day here (came in on wednesday), and im kind of ready for her visit to be done.  I love my mom, but for someone who swore she would never be like my grandma is exactly like my grandma lol opinion about everything, always thinking the baby isn't dressed warm enough, questioning pretty much everything i do.

Morning! LOTS of family in town  today - Beaus baptism is tomorrow. 

DH made me sleep in this morning. Apparently I'm super crabby when I'm sleep deprived. He said it was a self preservation issue.

Man, does she not like puppies and kittens either? I hope it goes well and you get to enjoy yourselves! Today I an going out to lunch with some girlfriends so they can finally meet Ryan. Then later we're going over to a friend's house for a block party- hoping to get down at least one beer before it gets warm. One child is always needing something from me at any given moment if the day so I'm not holding my breath on that one.
