C section mamas...come in

The past week I've started to feel pain in my lower abdomen, esp when I lean or push up against something. Should I be worried, or is this just some of the feeling coming back on my stomach? I'm still mostly numb down there.

  • I felt the same thing!!! I went in to see a OB and told me it was normal! And 21 months later still numb! He told me I will probably stay this way until I have another one.

  • I think it's pretty normal.  I still have some numbness but it's mostly worn off now.  I bet you're just starting to get some feeling back.  Of course, if you're worried you could always check with your doctor.

  • I have the same thing going on.  I pretty much have no feeling in the lower half of my stomach but I'm starting to get some pain.  I think it's because the nerves are mainly healing?

  • i had no pains until the twins were a year old! i was in for my yearly exam and asked about it- he said normal... things are finally healed and starting back up in there... and with the boys bigger and climbing on me a lot = pains.

i still get one now and then 2yrs later- but it's not often.
