I can't wait till next weekend to see my X. I've lost almost 15lbs since seeing him last and I want him to eat his heart out - especially since he just got dumped by his gf who turned out to be a hooker. Yep, I said hooker.
I'm totally going for a giant sloppy burger today and don't feel the least bit bad about it.
Atta girl! There's so much satisifcation in seeing the look on their face when they realize how fantastic you look.
I've lost 40lbs since STBXH left and I know it hasn't gone unnoticed.
That's what I like to hear! 40 pounds is no small feat-congrats!!!
Going off of this... I would miss DS if he was away for a day or two, but sometimes I feel super jealous of the SPs who have X's who actually take their children for a day or two.
Don't get me wrong, I am very lucky to have a lot of help from my mom and XMIL. I can almost always have one of them keep DS if I have something I need to do. Or even want to do, MIL kept him while I got a pedicure tonight. But sometimes I wish for a day or weekend to myself just because.
The last two weekends that XH has had the girls he's invited me along on whatever fun thing they're doing, and I've gone. It's nice to be able to play at the park or go to an event and not be pulled in two different directions. We all went out to dinner together last weekend too.
I am also obsessed with saltwater taffy right now. I bought three bags from Cabelas and I think I need to hide them.
My parents have watched DS twice for two nights/three days since we've been living at home and I gotta say...BEST TIME EVER! I went to my sister's stagette and BFF's wedding and had the time of my life. It feels good to feel like "no-strings-attached" Amanda.
