Isaac Christian. Not only do I think Isaac is a cooler name than Jude (though I do like Jude), I think it flows better with Christian.
Also, Jude Christian strikes me as funny (and I'm sure it's just me)--sounds a bit like "Jew Christian." (Though maybe I just think that since the German word for Jew is "Jude"? I don't know: I worked at a Holocaust museum for years, so I wouldn't necessarily go with my weird mental train on this one: just a thought.)
