Cotton Babies - Repairable BG AIO

Forgot to post this the other day, but Cotton Babies has some AIO Repairables under their used stuff. Looks to be some left of these hard to find dipes!

How hard is it to repair these?  It seems like a pretty good deal if its not that hard

I've done both aplix and elastic. Elastic is harder in my opinion, but takes less time. The tabs are easy to sew on, but it's a pain to seam rip the old stuff out. I have to imagine that some of these won't need repaired though. Anytime I've bought used from cotton babies I've been pleasantly surprised that there isn't too much work that needs done.
