Just got my positive test last week.  CAN'T BELIEVE WE GOT IT ON THE FIRST TRY!!!!!  I'm 37, DH is 40.  You could have knocked me over with a feather.  I'm still in shock!  First baby so this is all new to me and I'm trying not to overreact...

So wanted to introduce myself and say hi everybody!  Nobody knows yet so I'm going to take advantage of the web anonymity to talk about all the ups and downs with you lovely ladies. 

No MS yet and astounded by how hungry I get.  Fatigue has not been too bad, but miss caffeine and white wine like you would not believe.  Have developed a nice case of "wake up at 5am and can't go back to sleep" though.

Wish me luck and I'm sure you'll hear from me at my next OMG what the hell is happening moment.

    Hi! I am in a very similar boat! Just found out this week with 2 positive tests that came up immediately! It was our second month trying (but last month we really didn't try as hard as we did this month). I am 35 and my fiance is 36 so I was so afraid with all I read about the statistics of getting pregnant at my age! I also have been waking up super early - maybe our bodies are already preparing us! haha.

     Well best of luck to you and congratulations! Maybe I'll also see you on the pregant over 35 board as well!!! :)

    I am SO with you paulaanne!  I was convinced it was going to take at least six months of trying.  I still had a special bottle of Sauvignon Blanc chilling in the fridge that I thought I could drink last weekend.  Oh well..

    Wink See you ont he 35+ board too.  Good suggestion.
