3. 30 lbs. I lost all but 6 lbs of it in a week though so it was baby/blood/fluid.

My Dr consistently guessed his size would be 7.5 lbs based on how I was measuring, but never said anything about my weight gain having to do with it. She probably would have been correct if he had been born on time!

1. how much did your baby weigh at birth

DD- 7 lbs 6 oz DS- 8 lbs 2 oz

2. what was the baby's gestational age ... how many weeks did you deliver at?

DD-39 weeks- labor started on it's own DS- 40 weeks 2 days- also labor started naturally. So much for second babies coming sooner.

3. and if you would...how much weight did you gain in your pregnancy?

around 25 lbs each time. DD- all weight gone by 6 weeks DS-Lost all but 5 lbs by one month, hoping to loose the rest in the next few weeks.

Lila was diagnosed with IUGR at 36 weeks, so we knew she would be small. Because I was stressed and on bed rest the last two weeks, I lost 2 pounds. They planned on inducing me, but I actually went into labor 24 hours before the induction was planned.

2. He was either 40 weeks, 2 days or 39 weeks, 5 days, depending on how my due date was calculated. Full term, though, obviously.

3. Only 10 lbs. I was overweight when I got pregnant, but not crazily so. My OB thinks it was because I ate so well during my pregnancy as opposed to before when I'd sometimes eat junk, which seems to be the case. 9 weeks pp and I'm still eating about the same as I was when pregnant and I'm 25 lbs down from when I gave birth. Who knew pregnancy could be a diet plan?

I'm tall and thin just like all the other women in my family, and I had a big baby just like all the other women in my family. DD measured big from the start - she was always two weeks ahead at the three measuring ultrasounds we got. She was on target to be 9 pounds at 40w and was almost exactly that.
