rec. double jogger stoller for walking around neighborhood

Hi, I'm looking for a double jogger stroller that I can use to walk around my neighborhood and maybe to bring kids in and out of stores. Anyway, I have a 2 yr. old and a 6 week old. We have the Chicco Key Fit 30 car seat and I'm having a tough time finding a stroller that will accommodate our seat. I know one of the Bob's will fit but I don't want to spend that much for a stroller. I know they are highly rated but I'm a stay at home mom and just can't spend that much. I also am not a runner. I would like the stroller to have a turning front wheel.
My other question is if I don't plan on running can my infant go in the jogger with out the car seat? I found this on amazon
Any suggestions/rec. are greatly appreciated!

As long as the stroller reclines flat or nearly flat, it's fine to put baby in. Then you won't have to stress about finding an adaptor. This goes the same for all strollers, and is recommended anyway for infants because of their head position and airway. And it's lighter to push! The snuzzler is a great idea for the stroller, looks comfy. And if you aren't a runner, a turning wheel would be fine.
