I've been hiding out, alot

I miss you girls!  I have been lurking and sending out PPVs to everyone.  I didn't want to post until I knew we were going to actually go ahead - so here goes....

Quick update - I got AF on Tuesday, did baseline yesterday.  20mm cyst, but my e2 was only 25 so we are going to proceed.  We decided that we would do only 1 more IUI if it was a "good" response cycle, so this may be it for us.

At our CCRM consult they suggested doing 2500 units of HCG at days 3, 6, and 9 post IUI to combat our short LP issues, but my Dr. is concerned because I have a tendency to have a high e2 from all my little follies, and she thinks that will put me right over the edge into OHSS.  I told her I can't proceed if we don't do at least something different to help this cycle since I haven't had one work yet.  She agreed, and said we would figure something out.....

Starting stims tonight.  Hopefully everything will work out and we will either be KU'd or be at peace with our decision to stop.  At least we have our adoption class to distract us next week!

After this month I will be free of IF gall darnit anyway (well as free as you can ever be).

 Lucky number 7 right?

  • You're not allowed to hide out. You have to hang around on one of my 2 boards! :-) Seriously, I am happy for you. I am sure it takes alot of pressure off this cycle knowing that even if it doesn't work you will be a mommy soon. Fingers crossed for u that this is it.
