workout classes in Harrisburg/Hershey area

Anyone in the Harrisburg/Hershey area have suggestions on a good pregnancy workout class?  I am looking to stay in shape a bit while preg., and not have to work quite so hard later....  I may call my insurance company to see if they have any suggestions, or ask my doctor at my next appt., but was wondering if any of you ladies had a good experience.  All suggestions appreciated!!

Thanks.  I did check out Om.  I actually found free prenatal fitness through Hershey Med center.

FYI, the free prenatal exercise class @ Hershey Med. Ctr. is really a stretching / relaxation class as opposed to a fitness class.
