I'm sure this question has been asked a million times, but what are your m/s miracle workers? Everything smells gross. Nothing sounds or tastes good. Constant heartburn/nausea. I'm just complaining, but any advice would help

Re: m/s remedies?
I wish I knew. I had HORRIBLE nausea and vomitting my 4 months or so of pregnancy. (Hyperemesis is the devil) I ended up loosing close to 20lbs. When it got to the point where it could be treated, for a long time I couldn't even take pills, I took a Unisom every night and an extra B6 (or was it B12? Ill have to check) and that helped make it manageable.
Also if you're throwing up a lot, or having trouble getting fluids popsicles can be a good way to stay hydrated. Sometimes sucking on something and having it go down slowly is less irritating.
(And LOL to the last sentence)
Seabands- the little blue bracelets with the plastic button thing on the inside. They work as long as you have them positioned right. Well, they worked for me.
Peanut butter! When that queasiness hits, eat a spoonful of peanut butter, or a piece of toast with some on it.

These are helping me right now! The one morning I didn't put them on I got sick. I sill feel BLAH but I don't get sick and I can stomach a few things. I take mine with me everywhere!
I took zofran with both pregnancies when it got to the point I couldn't keep anything down and was losing weight. Other things that helped curb the nausea were sweettarts, lemonade, starbursts...basically anything tart. Good luck! I know it's rough.
I had it bad until around 22 weeks...and my doctor would not stop telling me that eventually it would get better. I hated that, especially as I passed all these "milestones" where it should have slowed down (10 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks, 20).
Anyways, I tried everything. I wore seabands, and those seemed to help, especially with the headaches. I carried around snacks with me and tried to take a bite of something as often as possible. I also gave in to every single craving I had. If I could imagine eating it, I should. I still managed to lose 15 lbs and if I hadn't ordered pizza a zillion times I'm sure it would have been more. My favorite drink was gatorade frozen to a slushy consistency (which is sure is even better now than it was in January). GL!
