My neighbor posted on FB last night that she is going to a Zumba toning class tonight near us at 6pm. I'm going with her. She then called me and said she wants to walk at night. And we NEED to figure out a time to start doing that. She told me the route she wants to do (it's 1mile with a steep hill). She's thin so I was thinking she was going to want to do like 3mi or something -- you know, something overwhelming and intimidating. Apparently she's "skinny fat" (her words) and totally out of shape so here we go.....
Anyone ever take a Zumba toning class? It's different than Zumba fitness (apparnetly) as that class is right after Zumba toning. I'm guessing I will switch to the Zumba fitness but couldn't tonight due to Joe having plans so we are doing the Zumba toning tonight. I'm actually excited as I LOVE Zumba!

R9 - what is my plan!? LOL I don't think I have one. Does this mean 3 times a week? For how long each night? Or is there something else I need to do? Like 4-5 times a week? Don't make it too hard, I'll quit right now!
