I just got a coupon with a phone number for the Nutramigen Power of 2 Program. I called and registered - they are sending me coupons, rebate forms and samples! The number to call is 1-800-Baby123. They just ask for your name and address and a few stats of your baby (date of birth, hospital you delivered at, etc).

Thanks! I also heard that insurance may cover part of it if it's prescribed by a dr. I'm going to find out if ours does this week.
