The ones i used is from THIS recipe but i remember them not coming out that well... I think i made them too thick and they weren't really done on the inside. i remember peeling the outer layer and putting it back on the pan lol.
Recently i made a regular pancake mix (the bisquick white box mix) and just added pureed sweet potatoes into the mix and i liked it so much better.
can you use oats milk? i think water may work too. I know it works with regular pancakes.. if we don't have milk (pre baby) in the house, i just used water.

No. She is allergic to oats, rice, dairy, soy, coconut, and almonds, so no milk options. I asked the allergist about Hemp milk, but he said to stay away. There is that new Flaxseed milk that is sold at Wal-Mart. I will have to ask the allergist at her appointment on Friday about that one!

try using water and perhaps mix in some flaxseed meal for a thicker consistency and see if it comes out.
