Say what you want about LCB, I know she has rubbed some members of this board wrong. But her little girl needs every shot in this world we can give her. If you ever considered registering do it now. The kit is free and you just never know whose life you will save.
Background on LCB and her little girl Kate: LCB and I are infertility veterans. She was pregnant with triplets and lost the identicals around 17 weeks. Kate is the lone survivor. She fought through that pregnancy and came into this world fighting off illness. It has not been an easy road for this family.
Go to www.marrow.org to join. It takes 10 mins to potentially save a life.

Re: Registering for National Bone Marrow Registry
Me too! It does take awhile to get registered though and you can't do anything (if you are pregnant) until after you have had the baby.
Thoughts are with the little one during this time.
Thanks guys for signing up and/or already have signed up. You truly will make a difference is someone's life.
This whole situation sucks a$$.
me 2!!
Me too, and I want to stress that it is SO easy to do. You may have an opportunity to save this little girl or someone else by taking just a few minutes of time right now. If you haven't joined already, please do it!
DH's dad passed away of Leukemia, and we are on the registry. It's easy, no reason to not do it!
Prayers to LCB.
