1 Year later...incision pain?

Does anyone have incision pain one year or more later?  I still do, and it flares up around the time of my period...makes me really nervous about getting pregnant again.  I don't want to deal with adhesions, etc.

I never had cramping until after I started getting AF pp's.  The discomfort was always worse along my incision. But to my knowledge it hasn't been indicative of any actual issues. I had a lot of discomfort there early in this pregnancy as well.

I do also.  If you're not already doing it, you may want to look at how to properly massage your scar and the layers of tissue.  If there are adhesions, you can actually help them separate.

I do and this pregnancy it has seemed to cause pain in that area as well.

Yes I definitely do and I have also noticed around my time of the month it is worse.  I feel like I was punched in the lower abdomen.  Ouch.

Mine started to not hurt after a year, maybe 18 months.  I am pregnant now...4 yrs later and there is no pain but I am having tons of BH contrax.  Since 9 weeks actually, I think is the uterus preparing for labor...it obviously needs more work than before.
