Triple Paste

Well my foolproof method failed.

DH slathered triple paste all over DS then put on his BG.

My diaper is COVERED.  I've scrubbed it with Dawn but the white stain is still there.

Does this affect absorbency?  Is the stain a concern as long as it doesn't repel?

    Only way to see is to try it out.  We still have stains on some of our BGs from a shifting liner used with Butt Paste last year, but it doesn't affect absorbency.  Triple paste is made with fish oil, right?  Your diaper will likely smell fishy out of the washer if there's enough on there to repel.

    Try washing it and see if it comes out? I use triple paste and haven't had any trouble. Granted, I don't generally slather it without a liner, but I've had no staining or repelling problems.
