uh oh...where are you AF

So, I have a little problem... Two years ago I was told that I had less then 0.1 % chance of concieving on our own due to blocked/non functioning tubes, so we did IVF to have our twins. AF came back as regular as always 5 weeks PP. Out of 54 cycles I have never had one go over 30 days. I am now at day 34 and still waiting.

I really want to test, but I won't be able to get one until after Thursday. I am a little scared of being pregnant because we are not in a very good place to be adding to our family, but I can't help but to be hopeful, because I thought we wouldn't be able to have any more children.

I decided to look up homemade test just for fun, and tried one using bleach. It indicated that pregnancy is possible right away.

Any one know of any other fun homemade tests to try?? I am going to die having to wait until Thursday.

I don't think I am PG, but I'm cracking up thinking that we could have kids that have the same birthday - AGAIN! 

I'm waiting until Friday to test again.  The wait is KILLING me.  I would totally get the tests from Amazon and send that sh$t overnight.

I've never heard of these!  Why are they so cheap?  What's the deal....

They are like these cheap little dipsticks.  So think urine dip sticks from your OBs office.  I think they are cheap because they are totally stripped down.  So no plastic casing, no fancy words that say "pregnant".

But it does the job.  Some people complain of evap lines.... but I've found them to be starkingly honest and sensitive.

This made me laugh.  I can laugh b/c I am in that same boat.  Although I probably could get KU on my own but then DH would wonder who the father was.

I thank you for the offer, but I think I would just rather hold onto my dream of another baby for a little longer!! I really hate seeing BFNs and I'm sure that is what it will be.

Ammonia in urine + bleach = bad news.  Probably not enough to do serious damage, but certainly not something I'd recommend.
