Hey! I was looking at your Son's b-day photos and we have the same pool for DD what a good idea to throw some balls in it for the party. I want to do tha same thing where did you find the balls at? Also was the monkey cake pretty easy to make? I watched the how to on Martha Stewart and it looks pretty easy. TIA

I got the balls at Toys R Us. I think I spent $20 for 200. I wish I had gotten another package because it felt a little empty. I also so the balls at Target recently. And yes, the monkey cake was easy. much easier than I was anticipating. I made a few changes to the Martha directions. I used my own cake recipe and store bought frosting. I also used two cupcakes and cut one edge off for each ear (the directions say to bake a large muffin sized cake and cut it in half.) Hope that helps!!
