Bad names at DS's school

I've been meaning to do this since we got DS's yearbook.  His school goes from K-8.  I'm not including obvious ethnic names like African names but others I may not be aware are actually valid names.  Maybe someone will be as entertained as I have been.

K- Aadem, Dakin, Jadakiss, Mykenze, Kamryn, Nevaeh, Aryn (g), Jhahlea (g), Amylia, Jazelle, Shadatee (g), Neyah

1st- Jenica, Kloe, Esabella, Tyler (g), Alexuz, Kamryn (again), Emmaya, Landyn (g), Brissa, Emelie, Mckynli

2nd- Lexus, Bryliauna, Shealie, Guage, Leaf, Jaxsen and Uriah ( I just keep thinking urea)

3rd- Brindyn (b), Nineveh (g), Johnathen, Areeana

4th- Kadarie (b), Aleigh, Dasani, Trynity, Maddux (g)

5th- Nykell (g), Starla, Andreaze (b), Asriel (b), Korbyn (g), Jazlyn, Kamryn (3rd time), Jawaun (b), Tashon (b), Kenzy, Skylee, Meggie, Unique (g), Krisianna, Dshawn, Analya (g), Dailion (b)

6th- Destini (just when you thought this name couldn't get anymore stripperish), Sherah, Nykole, Kendralynne, Abagayle, Madisen, Forest (g), Kiahna

7th- Jaelyn, Cheyanne, Kenyon (g), Madissun, Anissia, Jorden (g), Prestine (g)

8th- Moriah, Quartez (b), Tabytha, Kimmy, Re Anna ( I would think girl but this person looks like a boy and is wearing a suit and tie), Sydni, Desirae, Alexus, Colan (Collin?  I'm totally pronouncing this like colon),

I woulsn't say Starla is that bad. I know a southern woman in her 60's named Starla. It's certainly nms, but I wouldn't put it in the same category as the others.

Uriah is a Biblical name. The rest... well, those kids must have some interesting parents :P

Jadakiss, for real?! And what is Shadatee? I've taught a lot of Alexus/Lexus's in my days. And fwiw, I think I can top that spelling of Destiny- Destyni (obviously y and i are interchangeable!)

I kinda like Brissa though (I'm pronouncing it Bree-sa)

Did anyone else notice that 29 of those names contain a "y"? I know my ds's name follow a trend, but wow. Just think, Nykell, Jadakis or Guage could be a future President.

It's like 3rd graders named these kids. All we need is some backwards R's thrown in and we're good.

Also, I immediately saw Nykole and about puked.  I'm Nicole and I've had someone try to spell my name like that and thought they were off their rocker.  I can't believe someone actually stuck their kid with that.
