NBR: 30 day shred

After hearing a few ladies on tb talk about this I decided to buy it. I am on my 3rd day and OMG!!!! It's freaking hard! Who else is doing this and/or has done this? I am doing level 1 and can't imagine doing level 2, let alone level 3. I am the type that doesn't stick to much of anything for long, but I really need to get this baby weight plus some off! Please tell me there's light at the end of this long dark exhausting tunnel.

  • Haha are you talking about the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred? I have a toning and weight loss biggest loser dvd that is sooooooooo hard! I've done level 2 and 3 and it is really really tough. I feel the same way about my baby weight. I hate even looking in the mirror right now. I'm doing weight watchers and working out when I can.  I feel ya on the Jillian...she's tough but great workout!

  • I did it last year and loved it. Tried doing it again after having the baby and i just wasnt into it. It really does work if you stick with it!

  • I've been thinking about starting weight watchers. I just have no discipline right now, or time really. I'm hoping once my kids are out of school for the summer and their activities settle down I can cocentrate on eating better. Until then, I guess it's back to sweating my butt off with Jillian.

  • I am on my third day too! yay! we can keep track of each other:) I am also doing level 1 right now bc after 3 sections my core is weak. let's cheer each other on!!
  • Go JessiRaye!!! I have to admit I don't think I am doing it today. One because it's almost 100 degrees here and I have a bunch of running around to do. I know, I know, bad excuse. I think maybe for kicks I might try level 2 tomorrow.
