No big updates, I have a check-up today and am hoping to get some of my delivery questions answered by my doc.  I have an ultrasound scheduled for next week.

QOTW: The best part is just that I am pregnant again.  I'm so unbelievably grateful to have been given yet another chance at experiencing this marvelous thing.  The worst has been the worry about possibly losing another baby.

update- have a second anat. scan tomorrow.  everyting is ok, but they couldn't get great measurements the first time so i ahve to go back again.  maybe this time we can tell the sex, although we still plan to have it written down in an envelope

Best and worst of being PG again?
Just being pregnant!!  With DS it was such an easy pregnancy, this time around i'ts not been as fabuous.  A lot more m/s, really until 18w, but it's been very good since then, so I can't complain a ton.  As long as this LO comes out healthy, that's all I can ask for

Update: I had an unplanned ultrasound due to some red bleeding late last week. Thankfully baby is just fine, but I have a SCH. The bleeding and spotting continues, so I am back on twice daily PIO (yay...) for now. I have my first OB appt on Wednesday, so we will see what he says about how long to stay on the PIO and what restrictions I should be on. I am not as worried as before the ultrasound when we saw the baby waving and kicking, but all the spotting is hard to see!

qotd: worst part - all the worrying and anxiety. I hope to enjoy this more once i am out of the first tri and this SCH goes away. Best part - just being pregnant is the best most precious miracle in the world. I feel so ridiculously lucky.

Update: Waiting to hear about my 1hr glucose and praying I passed! Appt next week and then I start going twice a month. EEK!

Best thing: being pregnant. I never dreamed in a million years that we could have a baby without IVF. The 2nd best thing is that my sex drive has been sky high this pregnancy. Hooray for pregnacy Os! Worst thing - the way my back and pelvis ache at the end of a long day. Ouch!

update: passed the glucose test...woo hoo! they couldn't see fluid in the right kidney though at u/s so now I am going to the MFM next week for a level 2 u/s to check everything out.  I start going to the dr every 2 weeks now!  I can't believe it's that time already!

qotw: the best part has been that my oldest understands it now and we have such fun conversations about the baby and she asks to feel the baby and listens to my belly and tells me that the baby is crying or that it is saying it wants to come out now.   worst part is the constant and horrible round ligament pains that I seem to get with every move I make... oh and all the worrying that has gone along with this pregnancy!!!

just a quick update, we found out the sex yesterday.  we're having a girl!!

Had my NT scan last Wed. and everything's looking normal so far.  Huge relief for this AMA mom...although, I realize it's not conclusive.

QOTW:
Best part - Just the fact that it worked, at my age...I'm still in awe.

Worst part - Have a rougher time than my last pregnancy.  Much worse m/s, much more tired, etc.

Saw the ob yesterday.  Got the hear the HB.  Things look good and I am only up 13lbs.

Yea!  I guess I can joing this link!  After had the 2 IUIs and 3 IVFs (the last being with ICSI and PICSI) we are finally expecting!  I am terribly nervous about the u/s coming up on Thursday because with the previous IVF we did last year we made it to the u/s to find out we had a blited ovum.   In the past we had always had an u/s before this point, but our new RE (who I really like) does not do the first u/s until you are 7 wks.
