Pediatric Orthopedist Recommendation Request (Nova/D.C. area)

Hello!

Does anyone have an orthopedist they can recommend for my 17 month old son? He walks fine, but is bowlegged (the right leg slightly moreso than the left).  Tonight I noticed that his inner ankle bones poke out on both legs.  After searching on Google I think it's the medial malleolus?  Has anyone experienced this situation with their child and do the bones straighten themselves out over time along with the bowleggedness?
