I'm perplexed too... It's my first month charting. And due to the erratic temps, compared to most charts I've stalked, I feel like I'm wondering if I even O'd or if it was actually anovulatory...

It's so close to having O'ed. What's with the open circle on CD21? And the high/discarded temp on CD13?

I'd love a chart stalk. Specifically, do you agree with FF that I ovulated on CD 17? My CHs have changed about 4 times in the past week (shifting from CD 17 to 18). I had some pretty low post O temps that I think are kind of confusing.
I am curious if I am 10 or 11 DPO, if it's 11 DPO I may test tomorrow since recent LP have been 10 days.
The open circles are annoying, I know...but I've had issues waking up before my alarm around 5ish so I get up to temp then, previous cycles I always temped at 6:30.
Thanks!
Juliet Katherine was born on 2/16/12 (4 weeks early) weighing 6 lbs. 2 oz. My blog, Eat Drink Pretty

I agree with FF about CD17. I'd wait to test until you have a temp rise, but that's just me GL!

The open circle was because I temped an hour earlier than usual (time change, and forgot to change my alarm accordingly)
The super high/discarded temp... I went to a friend's birthday party. and, well, drank WAY more than I'd ever intended. Way, way, way more...
So, I figured the spike was more related to obscene alcohol consumption than anything else.
Interesting. The low temp could be legit - have you tried the temp adjuster in FF just to see what it would be? I wouldn't change it, but just out of curiosity...

Yeah, it only changes it by 0.3 I think. Which makes it a *bit* more consistent, but still quite low. I've considered discarding that one too, but I don't really have a reason to do so. Unlike the alcohol-induced temp spike... It seems strange to have suddenly spiked at 11dpo too, but since my temps have been so all over the place, I feel like it's just a crazytown chart... Of course, the first month I decide to actually temp... hahaha

Rein, I would love the benefit of your stalky wisdom, if you're still obliging!
I usually update my chart to reflect my CM (and menses/spotting, if appropriate) in the evenings. Yesterday morning, I had just the very tiniest bit of EWCM, and late in the afternoon, I had just the very tiniest bit of spotting. When I add just the spotting to FF, it leaves my chart as it is right now. If I add in the EWCM, my crosshairs go dotted and FF moves my O date to CD19.
So, two questions... One, how much CM do I have to have to justify including it on my chart (because when I say tiny, I really mean a small smear). Two, please can someone explain to me the change in my O date based on that CM change? I guess I'm missing something there.
The random high temp is from DH waking me up every half an hour all night, but today was legitimately higher. I POAS this morning just for kicks and giggles, and it was, of course, a BFN.
Thank you!!

TCOYF suggests marking the most fertile CM of the day. So if you noticed fertile/EWCM just once, you'd mark that on your chart.
Your CHs would become dotted because of having fertile CM outside of your fertile window. It gives FF reason to question your O date. If you didn't officially O (which it looks like you did), FF would then watch for other fertility signs to suggest you might be Oing now (versus a fakeout earlier). The dotted CHs are to alert you that your fertility signs are inconsistent and might be reason to keep having sex.
But your temp shift is very clear, so I think you're ok. GL!

Me! Do you think I'm out because of my temp dip? It made me sad this morning!
That's quite the drop! I wouldn't test unless it goes back up, but I don't think you're out yet. Your LP is a lot longer than 9 days, so hopefully it will go up tomorrow. GL!

Yeah, I think I'll wait until Weds, unless AF shows before then.
Thanks!
