WCW sizing

How does their sizing run?  I'd love to get a soaker or two for DS (currently 20 months, 23.5 lbs) and baby girl once she's 6 months or so.  I'd probably have DS wear it over a GMD red edge (what he's wearing now) or fairly trim fitted since he's not a heavy wetter.  We have B4s, but I usually only use 1 of the 3 inserts.

Re: WCW sizing

  • Lily is 23 lbs and fits perfectly in a medium, but I would probably go up to a large if I were to order another one right now.

  • DD is 11 months old and she's a big girl. I bought large WCW soakers for her so they will last a while. They are a little big on her right now but work just fine. I also have a pair of WCW shorties in medium that fit her like a glove. I imagine by the time fall comes they will be too small.

  • Thanks all!  I'll probably get a medium then for DS if I can find something I like that will work for DD on the way too.  He's definitely on the skinnier side.
  • DS is 33 lb and 35" and can still wear a WCW large soaker.
  • You should really go off rise. The soaker will stretch fantastically everywhere except in rise. My dd is 23lbs and 30in with a 17 inch rise. The mediums fit her great everywhere except rise. The large is looser in the body but covers the diaper rise. I can't use mediums at night and def won't buy more medium. Fwiw!
