...we are putting an offer on a house today...we already know there is at least one other offer...and there will likely be more after today's open house.  I REALLY would love this house--great location, fantastic back yard, some great upgrades in the house...I am trying not to be too excited since clearly there is going to be a lot of competition for the place, but it would SO great if we get it....
