What does jerky/frantic movement feel like? Should I be worried

I had my shower yesterday and was only feet all day but had no contractions. Today I noticed LO moving for the last 30 minutes and it is mostly waves of movement but everyone and a while he gets a little spastic like a twitchy movement. (like he's trying to roll over and falls back into position. It isn't panicky like all over my belly just one side or the other. This is normal right?!? He is normally pretty hyper when he does move around. I am hoping I just have a spastic kid(I was pretty spastic and clumsy).

My LO's movements have been feeling more and more like what you're describing, the closer I get to the end. I think they're just running out of room to move and turn like they're used to, so their movements feel more clumsy as they figure out how they are able to maneuver in their shrinking quarters. That's my explanation, anyway!

My LO does that sometimes too. My best guess is that she's trying to get into a position that she's too big for now! And sometimes there are just strong jerks, too. I'm not worried about it....

Rambo does that every day! I thought he was having a seizure at first, but apparently he is just bustin' a move, or trying to. It's like his whole body moves at once and it's very fast and jerky for a few seconds then it stops. I'd love to see what the hell he's doing.

My LO does that too and I've been wondering what he was doing.  I just figured he was a spaz like his momma.

I feel those type of movements lately.  I think LO is out of room, lol.
