Do you use overnight diapers?

I use pampers cruisers for the day right now and have been using my stockpile of pampers sensitive swaddler diapers for night time since they are thicker. I was thinking of using an overnight diaper when those run out. The cruisers seem like they would be way too thin for overnight.

I'm debating between pampers and huggies. I had a hard time with leaking with huggies when they were little and I'm nervous to try them overnight.

Thanks! It's hard to try something new especially when it could mess up their sleeping!

  • Never used them....the cruisers were fine with Katie for day and night, but with Abby & Emily we are using Baby Dry. So far, we haven't had a problem.

  • Pampers overnights are AWFUL! I only use Huggies over nights! Never had leak issue with them!

We swear by Huggies Overnights despite being a daytime Pampers family.  Once the babies started sleeping thru the night regular Pampers didn't cut it - we had lots of leaks from DS and DD.

ETA:  I think Huggies Overnights (maybe Huggies in general?) run small.  Don't be afraid to try a 3 or 4 even if your LOs aren't in the weight range.

  • I don't use huggies during the day, but we've always used the overnights.  LOVE them!

  • I always used Pampers Baby Dry for night and Cruisers for Day and just ordered a box of each and they sent the wrong size of Baby Dry, so we had to use Cruisers for night and they were fine and I just got refunded and am now just going to use them for everything.

  • We have only used Huggies ON diapers on all 3 boys - they work great.

I used to be Goldie_locks_5 but the new nest is so screwed up that I was forced to start over.

We use the Pampers overnights and they hold a LOT.  DS' sometimes busts open at the top which is not cool, and he's woken up damp a few times.  He wears a size 3 during the day so we're going up to Size 4s in overnights for him.  DD wears 2s during the day in Swaddlers and she's been fine in the Size 3 Pampers overnights.

I'm scared to try the Huggies, too.

This exactly!  They wear a size three in Pampers Cruisers during the day and size four in Huggies overnights.  We did have a leaking problem with the Huggies at one point, but it was solved once I went up to the next size.  Now, no problems at all!

    This!

I HATE Huggies diapers but Huggies Overnights work WAAYYY better than Pampers Baby Dry (the supposed 12 hour ones). My guys always wake up wet in them and/or smelling of pee. Yuck. We use Pampers Cruisers during the day - size 3 and Huggies Overnights - size 4 at bedtime.
