My name is Katie and I am still suffering from postpartum deppression. I went through my pregnancy problem free and happy, but when i was 39 weeks and 2 days that drasticaly changed. I had gone into the hospital for decreased movement, as my fiancee and I waited for the doctor to come in our worst fear had come true there was no heartbeat. Our darling little girl Ashlynne Kennedy was born at 1:06pm the next day and was absolutly beautiful, auburn wavey hair, long fingers and toes. She was 19 in long, 7lbs 8oz and a sholder width of 15. We were puzzled at why this had happened but there was no explanation and no reason why this should have happened. Tomorrow Ashlynne would have been 4 months old, its been a hard 4 months filled with anger, blaming myself, insomnia and medication. I am currently on Zoloft and takes away the edgeness. I will always hurt and miss her but the dreppression has started to move out of my life but her memory will live forever.
I am so sorry for your loss. I don't have any advice but no someone who might be able to offer you support or a few websites that offer support. I've been following her tragic story through her blog. You may find comfort there. https://natalieandadamsjourney.blogspot.com/

I am so very sorry for you loss. I'm glad that the depression has started to move out of your life. I stumbled across a blog a while back that you may be interested in. It is a women's journey through the loss of her son who died shortly after birth.
