Hi!!  Yes I do still live down the street, I think about you all the time when I drive by your neighborhood!  I really appreciate your offer to help me out.  I talked to my MIL and she said she's got the favors taken care of.  She's one of those "oh, I can't do it all, I'm so overwhelmed" but then when I try to step in she won't let me help, she'd just rather complain.  So it looks like I'm safe for now and I won't need help at the moment but I may be in touch!!

No problem.  Glad it is all taken care of and I know the type - so busy but don't help me so I can pretend I am overwhlemed.
