Update on FIL

Hello ladies!

Our internet seriously goes out and comes back on every 5 minutes. It's driving me bsc. 

Anyway, FIL has taken some big steps towards recovery! They removed the ventilator yesterday and he is now breathing on his own. He can follow simple directions and is able to communicate. The only thing that seems to be missing from his memory so far is what happened to him. He was also able to get up (with help) and take some assisted steps up and down the hallway. He does have pneumonia from the ventilator so we can't visit him yet but hopefully we'll be able to take the girls to see their grandpa soon.

I know I keep saying it but THANK YOU so much for your support!

That is awesome! I saw your reply the other day but I couldn't respond because of my internet problems. I'm so happy to hear he's getting better!

I'm sorry. I can't imagine how it must feel to see a parent like that. I hope you are able to get some answers soon and things turn around. Still thinking of you.
