Sleep time crib issues-knee

So my daughter has slept in her crib no problems since 6 months.  Suddenly she has started putting her knee through the slats and getting it stuck then screaming til we rescue her.  Of course this means she does it at every naptime she does this multiple times before she finally goes to sleep. 

Well, she is doing it tonight too.  We have a bumper in there (it's one of the flat ones that she can't stop on or anything)....

Any ideas?

    We had this problem with Henry at about that age.  I ended up putting him in a non footed sleep sack for naps and bedtime.  Of course now since he can unzip himself we're back to getting limbs stuck in the slats again but at least he can free himself now and not crying to get unstuck.

    Do you mean you have a breathable bumper on there now? One of the mesh ones? That's what we went to when Sam kept getting his arms and legs stuck in the slats. Other than the bumper I don't think I have any suggestions. :(
