Where do I find it? Or is it called something else? I want to make homeade graham crackers and cannot find this anywhere. We do not have a Trader Joe's or Whole foods within 40 miles.
Is the recipe you are using specifically calling for graham flour? I've never heard of it, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. I always figured graham crackers were made with some sort of wheat flour, and then flavored with honey or cinnamon.
The recipes I have found call for it. Unless someone has a recipe they have used that works and doesn't have it. I would be all for it. By DS eats Graham crackers like he is starving and I would rather have them not have HFCS
It uses whole wheat flour (DO NOT try using white flour as I did the other day since it was all I had, it WILL taste like rubbish!) and mostly ingredients you probably already have on hand. I just use brown sugar instead of the sucanat since I don't usually have that around.
I recommend halving the recipe or making it in two batches. If you make it on one tray, they are waaaay too thick in my opinion.

Re: Graham flour
I found it at my local grocery store in the Bob's Red Mill stuff.

Traditional graham crackers are made with graham flour. But try this recipe : https://heavenlyhomemakers.com/healthy-treat-for-today-homemade-whole-wheat-graham-crackers
