Weekend plans?

This is the first weekend in a long time we don't have plans/parties lined up, so what is going on?  Any fun concerts in the parks, etc?  Any great festivals?

There was a master list of all the festivals going on all summer long in the tristate floating around last summer.  You might want to do a search for it, because on any given weekend, there is bound to be a festival somewhere!

Tonight the Reds are doing a 10 minute fireworks show after the game.  We are going down to Sawyer point and have a picnic on the river around 7:30 and stay and play til the fireworks start.  It should be lots of fun!

Kids Fest is down at Sawyer Point on Saturday.  We were hoping to go but have way too much going on around the house repair wise.  I'm super bummed because it sounds like a lot of fun!  Our local library is kicking off their summer reading program Sat with a carnival that I was hoping to take DS to for a little while.  Also, you could call around to some of the local u-pick farms because strawberries are probably ready for picking!
