XP:Mastitis?

I posted on 0-3 as well. Hopefully I get some help.

My boobs hurt, I'm achy and I have a low grade fever. Right at 100. Oh and I have chills and a headache.

I put a heating pad on my boobs and I've been massaging them. I'm also still nursing. Anything more I should do?

Advil! lots of it! Think 600-800 mg. it relieves the swelling so more milk can get out and reduce pressure.

edit: i would also take a HOT shower before i pumped(you could do it before feeding E) and i would use a washcloth in the shower to massage where the clog was. push from the back of the breast(armpit area) towards the nipple.

Also, I got a prescription for antibiotics. I didn't even have to see my OB, the nurse called in my prescription. Cleared it up within a few days. 

Like Elisbu said, it seriously sucks! I hope it clears up soon for you and none of us get it again.
