Pick up a BBT thermometer ($9 at Target/Amazon) and chart your temperatures. If you're interested in more information, pick up a copy of TCOYF (Google it). Most of us have been misled when it comes to how our bodies work.If you haven't had a GYN/general check-up lately, make that appointment, as well as a Dental appointment if you haven't been.I assume you'll have a financial check-up with DH, but if that's not high on your priority, do it now. It doesn't have to be stressful, but you should know what your insurances cover, where your finances stand, and how you're going to save.This site is fantastic, with lot's of different boards to choose from.
