How did everyone make out today? I'ts day 3 for me and I was able to get through the whole thing without putting the weights down! The push-ups kick my butt though.. I still haven't been able to get through those without taking breaks.
Thanks for doing this- I forgot! I'm on Day 5 and got through everything today without stopping! I used the weights for everything except the 2nd set of squat-presses. The best part was when it was over, I didn't feel like I was going to die! I hope I see some results when I weigh myself on Sunday.
I did day 9 today... have not scene any results and my knees are killing me! Anyone else having knee pain from doing this workout? I worked out a lot pre pregnancy and had done all of the exercises in this DVD at the gym prior to being pregnant and never had knee problems before.
I really want to continue, but I don't think I can take the pain. I may use our elliptical tomorrow instead of the shred.
The only pain I've been experiencing thus far is sore muscles. Maybe you need a new pair of sneakers? I think if you are in pain, you should definitely stop/take it easy with the shred.
Also.. could it be that maybe you're doing one or more of the exercises wrong a little bit.. like maybe your posture is off? I would try to find a mirror to make sure you're standing the right way.. but definitely take a break if it's hurting. You wouldn't want to push yourself and end up with an injury. Perhaps something more low impact like pilates would work for you? I had a pilates DVD that I used in high school because I was having back problems but wanted to work out.
Don't worry OP I'm on day 27 and in the beginning I could hardly do the push-ups. I am proud to say it is much easier. I'm on Level 3 and have definitely seen results. Keep up the good work ladies!
