LOL, mine is achy from holding LO on my left side/ shoulder all the time and lightly bouncing her to sleep. I started sitting on an exercise ball to bounce her and this seems to help my back a little.

I threw my lower back out yesterday and I almost cried when I had to lift Baby Boy in his car seat. I'm a bit better today, but not 100%. Also, my wrists are messed up...just like with DD. I'm weird.
Oh yeah - achy back for SURE. Mine comes from leaning over nursing (killing my upper back), carrying around this baby who is already weighing in at 10 pounds, and the recurring issues with my SI joint. Not to mention my circus-freak sized boobs...sheesh.
I've been seeing the chiropractor about all of this, and I'm adding physical therapy plus pilates to the regimen in the next week or two.
I think the diastasis recti is also a contributing factor to the back pain too...

I have this also, and I am sure it is not helping. My back and right shoulder are killing me and I know it is from leaning over when I pump or am nursing. I try to lean back but it doesn't seem to work as well.
I am also starting to have a really hard time lifting the car seat in and out of the car. I am tall so I have to bend over all the way. I am noticing now whenever I lift anything heavy or pick her up without proper lifting technique that my back really hurts. I feel like an old man.
