I finished 30DS about a week ago and lost around 8 lbs and 2 inches off my waist! It was a killer on my knees though. I'm now alternating days of 6 Week Six Pack and No More Trouble Zones and really enjoying them both - mostly 6W6P. I really recommend either one of them!
I am doing both. I do 30 DS one day and then Shred it with Weights(Kettlebell style) the next day. I love it because each day is different so I am not bored.
30 DS was the key for me! It completely changed my body!
This, I lost 11 pounds in 30 days and got in great shape. The key is to do it every single day for 30 days to get those results though. I have ripped in 30 and I do not like it nearly as much.
i agree with some others...before i got pregnant i did the 30 day shred 3X/week and it was amazing. really amazing. it got me in the best shape of my life!

I have done the 6 Weeks 6 Pack and am back on it now. It was great before my beach vacation, so I hope it works again for the pool!! I need to look for these other two.
