...I have to AW the fact that I started C25K today, and even though I think I need a sports bra for my jiggly a$$, it felt awesome. I wonder if having Bel Biv Devoe blaring on my ancient, gigantic iPod was what made the difference...and whether, if I keep this up, I too will have a "body stronger than Bacardi."
That is all.
Re: I don't usually do this, but...

You will feel AWESOME!! And notice changes in your body really quickly!
Welcome to the club ;o) I also recently "graduated" and will be working on improving my time by trying to run a little further each day during my 30 minutes. Working up to running 10k's and also maybe half-marathons (eventually... maybe).
It feels really good to run again. I haven't done it in almost 6 years! C25K really helped to ease me back in. It makes me really happy to see all these posts about C25K.

This is a really stupid question, but is there a book for this? I have googled and not come up with anything that was helpful. I already run but would like to actually follow a program so I'm consistent and get better.
TIA.
appletini, go to coolrunning.com and click on Couch to 5k, to get the recommended weekly running programs. If you have an mp3 player, I used Robert Ullrey's free running podcast, info at ullreys.com. There are apps for it too, but I didn't use any of those. HTH!
