BJCM Double, Car Seat Adapter, Another ??

I saw the post below about the car seat adapter and I have some additional questions for those of you who have used it.

 How does it attach to the stroller? Can you still fold the stroller the same way as you would without the adapter attached?  Can you still use the double belly bar with the adapter attached?  I have been trying to find these answers online before spending the money and ordering it.

    Basically, it attaches to the frame of the stroller under the left seat (from a pushing view). You can still fold the stroller the same way, but the adapter sticks out so the fold is not as compact. I'm 90% sure that you cannot use the adapter and the belly bar at the same time.
