NCDR: Did your LO experience mood change with teething?

My LO has got six teeth in the last four weeks. He used to laugh/smile constantly and now it's hard to get him to laugh. I'd like to believe it's just because of teething. Anyone else?

    Holy teeth! Poor guy! Reese was miserable when she was teething. She wasn't necessarily crying, but it was hard to get her to smile or laugh. I hope your guy is feeling better soon!

    Ah, yes, my DS got 4 teeth at one time, and it was a rough couple weeks. All he wanted to do was nurse, and hang on me. I got real sick of the clinginess, real fast, but I'm fairly certain it was due to teething.

    I tried amber, but DS kept yanking at it incessantly, and I didn't want him to strangle himself! A lot of people have luck with amber though, may be worth a shot?

    DS was cranky mccranksters with teething, but he has been wearing a hazelwood + amber necklace for the past two months and I swear, he is a different baby, in a good way! He's so much happier and he smiles so much more. I really think it helped his eczema and his reflux in addition to his teething pain. We love it.
