making reusable snack bags

Hi I want to make some reusable snack bags but I am having trouble finding safe waterproof lining options. I started my hunt on Etsy to buy some but all them use oil cloth or PUL which even the FDA says in unsafe.

Does anyone know of a good fabric that is waterproof but wouldn't be harmful.
