I had my LO at 35 weeks 4 days. But he was fine and did not have to go NICU or stay any longer at the hospital. I wasn't even aware of the actual age vs adj age. Should I be going on the adj age?
My son was born at 35wks 3days. He did have a NICU stay and some issues due to prematurity. He was only 4.5 lbs at birth so he wasn't on normal growth charts for one. Developmentally he has always been on track and we never really consider and adjusted age for him. The range in which kids do things is broad enough that he falls within normal even if he's on the later side.
