Replacing aplix

I have 2 brand new Thirsties duo dipes, but after they arrived, I deleted the e-receipt. The aplix is so weak that they open up every time DD wears them. Is there a way I can replace the aplix? I'm so disappointed.

Etsy used to have a section where you could propose a project/item and people could bid on it. I think it was called Alchemy? I can't find it now. But maybe you could find a seller in your area who uses Aplix on diapers and get them to replace it.

That doesn't sound right. Can you contact the seller to see if you can get a copy of the receipt? I would try contacting Thirsties either way... brand new diapers shouldn't be acting like that, and you shouldn't have to pay to fix it.
